Good Idea: Seeing Zombie and Dawn of the Dead remake at Brandon and Lane's with Brainssss!!, Carl, Matt, and Brandon.Bad Idea:Changing advisors on me and having me find out through my fiction workshop teacher the night of the first day of junior registration.Worse Idea:As my new advisor, only being available in the mornings, not being available again until Nov. 1, and nm. I was actually smart about registering this semester. I marked it in my planner. I showed up as early I could(yesterday my old advisor said, "yeah...I'm busy. come back tomorrow"), and I'm just going to get a bunch of leftover electives thus prolonging my stint down here. Good idea: Seeing the lunar eclipse. Better Idea: Seeing it between watching Zombie(meh), and DOTD(kicked my ass!) two nights before halloween, and across the street from a cemetary.Good idea: Richard Cheese's Down with the Sickness cover. The guy's gimic is old as dirt, but the song is catchy.Bad idea: the original version. Did you know that song's supposed to be about a child being beaten? Did you know it's the musical equivalent of a lobotomy patient threwing their own e-coli-riddened feces at you? Fuck Disturbed.
